Q: Do tables & chairs come with the rental?
A: Yes, our 60” rounds,buffet tables, Gold Chivari chairs, and white courtyard chairs are included in your rental.
Q: Do linens come with the rental?
A: Linens are available for rent but are not included in the rental price.
Q: What are your prices?
A: We offer many different competitive prices to suit your needs. There are many factors that go into pricing. Please contact our office to receive a quote and/or book a tour.
Q: Do you have any other items available for use?
A: We have many centerpieces, chafing dishes, linens, easels, and more available for rent.
Q: Can we bring in any catering and other vendors?
A: Yes, we are an open vendor venue. However, if you are having trouble deciding on a particular vendor, please check out our prefered list of vendors.
Q: Do you have a kitchen?
A: We have a wonderful catering kitchen equipped with 2 ovens for warming and a large stainless steel refrigerator. Prep kitchen only, no cooking allowed on site.
Q: Do you have an ice machine?
A: No. You must bring in your own ice or you can buy our ice package and we will supply ice for you.
Q: Where can we park?
A: The best place to park and enter is through our back parking lot off Maddox St. There is reserved parking available for the bridal party and accessible parking off Lipscomb. Guests may also park on the street around the entire building.
Q: What are the venue capacities?
A: The Rose Chapel seats up to 125. The Reception Salon holds up to 75. The Grand Ballroom holds up to 180 seated or 200 for a concert or cocktail style event. Any 200-person event must include the reservation of the ballroom and the reception salon.
Q: How much money is needed to reserve a date?
A: 25% of your rental fee is needed to hold your date.
Q: Are you still doing Big Band & Swing Dance?
A: Unfortunately, we are not currently doing Big Band & Swing Dance. We will make an announcement as soon as we have a re-launch date.
